Funeral services for Mr. Troy Hardin Elvington, Jr., age 60, are scheduled for 12 PM, Saturday, October 14, 2017 in the chapel of Pafford Funeral Home. Interment will follow in Oak Grove Methodist Cemetery. Mr. Elvington passed away early Wednesday in Jackson. He was born February 28, 1957 in Henderson County to the late Troy Hardin Elvington and Leatha Pearl Powers Elvington. He was preceded in death by one brother, Jim Elvington and one sister, Brenda Mooney. Survivors include his wife, Mrs. Martha Earp McDaniel Elvington; son, John McDaniel; daughters, Peggy Johns, Amanda Elvington, Alma Zimmerman, Darlene Lovett, Shelia James, and Melanie Lewis; one brother, Raymond Elvington; and two sisters, Pearl Elvington and Linda Bailey.
