Funeral services for Mr. Troy Nelson Keen, age 84 are scheduled for 1PM on Wednesday, October 11, 2017 at Center Hill Baptist Church in Lexington, TN. Burial will follow in the church cemetery.
Mr. Keen passed away on Monday October 9, 2017 in Camden, TN. He was born August 29, 1933 in the Blue Goose community to the late Dud and Indie Gurley Keen. He was retired from American Battery, working there 20 years. He ran the Shell service station in Lexington for a short while. After retirement he worked in carpentry, he enjoyed trading vehicles, traveling, and antiques. Mr. Troy attended Shiloh Baptist Church and was well loved by his family and friends.
Mr. Keen was preceded in death by his wife, Irean Beecham Keen, two brothers, Joe and James Ray Keen, and a sister, Imojean Price.
Survivors include, his two sons, Randal Keen (Patty) of Lexington, TN and Joey Keen (Carmeda) of Jackson, TN; brothers, Muriel and Billy Keen, sisters, Geraldine Tyler, Shirley Whitworth, and Patricia Whitworth, and two grandchildren, Kendall Keen and Kendra Reeves (Chase) Grissom.
