Joel Vernon Harvey, age 88, of Lawrenceburg, TN passed away Friday, October 06, 2017 at NHC Healthcare of Scott in Lawrenceburg, TN. He was a native of Macon, GA, and a retired Real Estate Representative for Shell Oil Company.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Early V. and Olga Lewis Harvey; and his wife, Mary E. “Dadie” Harvey.

Arrangements are being handled by Neal Funeral Home, 231 N. Military Avenue, Lawrenceburg, Tennessee. No services will be held. Family suggests memorials be made to the Lawrence County Public Library.
