Funeral service for Bonnie Jean Ashley, 70, will be Wednesday, September 27, 2017 at 1:30 PM at Peck Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Anthony Patterson officiating and Peck Funeral Home directing. Burial will be in Gum Springs Baptist Church Cemetery. Visitation will be Tuesday, September 26, 2017 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at Peck Funeral Home.
Mrs. Ashley died on Sunday, September 24, 2017 at Decatur Morgan Hospital. She was born December 19, 1946, in Arkansas to Coy Howell and Elizabeth Kirkpatrick Howell. She was a homemaker and a member of Gum Springs Baptist Church. Mrs. Ashley was a loving wife, mother and grandmother. She loved working with the children at her church. She was preceded in death by her parents.
