Funeral services for Mr. William ” Bill” Blair, age72, are scheduled for 3:00pm, Tuesday September 26,2017 in the Chapel of Pafford Funeral Home Scotts Hill Chapel with burial to follow in Cedar Grove Baptist Cemetery. Mr. Blair was born in Harlan County ,Ky. to the late William Dexter and Marie Hilton Blair. He was a member of Cedar Grove Pentecostal Church, Retired Door and Jam assembly at Kolpak, enjoyed wood working, loved and enjoyed meeting new people. Survivors include wife of 24 years- Brenda Joyce Blair, 1 son- Freddy James Blair Pam), 1 daughter- Billie Jo Peters (Richard), 2 brothers- Freddy Blair and Thomas Blair (Amy), 2 sisters- Jean Gregg (Wally) and Corrina Seymour (Gary), 3 grandchildren- Dexter, Richard and Colton and 1 great grandchild. He was preceded in death by his parents and daughter- Teresa Blair
