Bellamy Florence Holds Ground Breaking On September 20

FLORENCE-Bellamy Florence, a 420-capacity student housing community constructed under the direction of Mallory & Evans Development LLC, held a ground breaking ceremony in west Florence on Wednesday, September 20.

 

“We are thrilled to see this student-housing project come to fruition in Florence,” said Florence City Councilwoman for District 1, Kaytrina Simmons. “It’s been nearly two decades since a major housing project was completed in west Florence, and I’m proud to see this type of opportunity available to our students in the Shoals.”

Bellamy Florence, an estimated $24 million construction project, will be completed in August of 2018, aligning with the commencement of the fall school semester.
