James Darby Venus, 87, of Harvest, passed away Wednesday. Mr. Darby retired from NASA in 1986 as a purchasing agent. He was a veteran of the US Air Force.
Survivors include his son, James Michael Venus (Mary); daughter Barbara Venus; three grandchildren; five greatgrandchildren; and two sisters, Ruth Ellen McClure and Martha Ann Bagwell.
Memorial service will be announced at a later date. Berryhill Funeral Home is assisting the family.
