Martha F. Perry, 80, of Calera, went to be with Jesus Sunday, Sept. 17, 2017. She was a member of Concord Baptist Church and a retired Shelby County School System bus driver. She was predeceased by her husband, William R. Perry; parents, Hutch and Julia Padgett and grandson, Matthew Perry.
Survivors include her sons, Aubrey Dale Perry (Debbie), William Douglas Perry (Dusty) and Kin Perry (Laura); sister, Betty Bryant (Clarence); brothers, Ray Padgett (Sandra) and Gerald Padgett; grandchildren, Darrell Perry (Phillina), Caleb Perry, Ashley Linares, Chris Perry (Rachel) and great-grandchildren, Kourtney, Brennan and Brooklyn Rae Perry, Lilly Ann and Sofia Linares.
A visitation will be 1 to 2 p.m. Wednesday, Sept. 20, 2017, at Concord Baptist Church with a funeral service to follow at 2 p.m. at the church. Charter Funeral Home is directing the services.
