Funeral Services for Ingeborg Edith Hankey, age 89 of Cullman, will be 1:00 p.m. Tuesday, September 19, 2017 in the Cullman Funeral Home Chapel. Burial will follow at East Point Cumberland Cemetery.

Mrs. Hankey was born on February 12, 1928 in Frankfurt Germany to the late Herman & Augusta Kappas Jensen; she passed away at Summerford Nursing Home on Saturday, September 16, 2017. She was a homemaker and farmer; active in the German Club until her health declined.
She is preceded in death by her parents and husband, Alvie Charles Hankey.
Survivors include her Daughter – Patricia Hankey; Son – Ralph Hankey; 3 – Grandchildren – Matthew (Jennifer) Harris, Clayton Andrew Harris & Kathryn Ann Harris; 4 – Great-Grandchildren – Aubrey Harris, Owen Harris, Damonn Hill & Zayne Hill.
The family will receive friends from 11:00 a.m. until 1:00 p.m. Tuesday at the funeral home.
