Mr. Dwayne Thomas Adams, age 66 of Athens, Alabama passed away on Sunday, September 10, 2017 at his home. Dewayne was born on December 21, 1950 in Limestone County to Bob and Merla Taylor Adams.
Dwayne is survived by his sisters, Flora Kidd of Hartselle, AL; Lavon Bailey of Athens, AL, Brenda Beddingfield of Athens, AL, Odessa Thomas of Athens, AL and Peggy Scruggs of Athens, AL and one brother, Charles Russell of Athens, AL.
Dwayne was member of Carrie Baptist Church. He loved to fish and he thought the world of Stan Menefee.
Services for Dwayne will be 12:00 Friday, September 15, 2017 at Sardis Springs Baptist Church with Bro. Tim Keenum officiating. The family will receive friends from 10:00-12:00 prior to the service. Burial will take place in Bottoms Cemetery at a later date.
