Sallie Julia Jones Brooks, 84, died Thursday, Sept. 7, 2017. Visitation will be noon-2 p.m. Saturday at Spry-Williams Funeral Home, Florence. The funeral will be 2 p.m. Saturday at the funeral home chapel, with burial in Tri-Cities Memorial Gardens. He was the wife of Spinks Brooks Jr.
