Graveside service for Dorothea Cook Patterson, 85, Decatur, will be Saturday Sept. 9, 2017 at 10 a.m. at Burningtree Cemetery. Visitation will be from 8:30 to 9:30 a.m. at Ridout’s Brown-Service Funeral Home.
Mrs. Patterson, who died Sept. 4, 2017 at Summerford Nursing Home was born on July 26, 1932, in Morgan Co, AL to Giden C. Cook and Reatha A. King Cook.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Paul Percy Patterson and brother, Bradley Cook.
She is survived by a son; DeArmond Patterson of Tampa, FL, sister; Doris Cook of Decatur, AL, and brother; Bailey Cook of Decatur, AL.
