Reverend Bobby Adams Lowery, 92, formerly of Florence, passed away on August 30, 2017 at his residence. He was a veteran of the United States Navy.
Visitation will be Saturday, September 02, 2017 at First Assembly of God from 11:00 a.m -2:00 p.m. The funeral will begin at 2:00 p.m. at the church with Pastor Rusty Nelson officiating. Burial will follow in Greenview Memorial Park.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Charlotte Marie Wilkinson Lowery and his parents, Joel William Lowery and Callie Irene Duboise.
Survivors include his daughters, Jan Bougher (Tom) of Baton Rouge, LA.; Teresa Yeager (Mike) of Killen and Leisa Nelson (Rusty) of Tony, Alabama; nine grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren.
Serving as active pallbearers are Todd Bougher, Chad Yeager, Aaron Yeager, Adam Nelson, Alex Nelson and Spencer Bell.
Serving as honorary pallbearers are Andy Thompson, Rob Lowery, Samuel Christopher, Glenn Thompson, Tim Kirkland, Bill Schoedel, Chris Mitchell and Bill Davis.
