Shelby Gene O’Neal, 80, died Monday, August 28, 2017. Visitation will be noon-1 p.m. Wednesday at Akins Funeral Home. The service will be 1 p.m. Wednesday at the funeral home chapel, with burial in Franklin Memory Gardens.
