Melvis Irene Patton, age 80 of Cordova, passed away on Tuesday, August 15, 2017 at her residence.
Visitation will be Friday, August 18, 2017 at 12:00 p.m. at Collins-Burke Funeral Home, with funeral services following at 1:00 p.m. in the Collins-Burke Chapel. Burial will be at Walker Memory Gardens. Dennis Willingham will officiate.
Mrs. Patton was preceded in death by her Husband-Billy Patton; Parents-Allen and Jean Skinner; Sisters-Dorothy Skinner Vines, Doris Skinner Brady and Kathleen Skinner Mindler; Brothers-Harvey Skinner, Frankie Skinner, Allen Garfield Skinner and Bruce Skinner.
She is survived by her Daughter-Joan Patton Handley; Sons-John Andrew Patton and Billy Allen Patton; Sisters-Ester Mae Dunn and Linda Robinson; Brother-Robert Skinner; 3 Grandchildren.
