Graveside service for Marie Monks Medley, age 83, of Fayetteville, TN, will be conducted Saturday, August 12, 2017 at 2 PM at Pleasant Grove Cemetery with Bro. Paul Clayton officiating. Ms. Medley passed away on August 10, 2017 at Donalson Care Center.
Marie is a native of Lincoln County and the daughter of the late Ruby and Philip Monks. She was a teacher in Lincoln County and a member of State Line Church of Christ.
Survivors include her daughter, Tammy Charlene Medley; sister, Rachel (Ben) Rutledge; brothers, Mark Monks, Roger Monks, John Lee (Maryann) Monks, Melvin Rogers (Patricia) Monks, and Philip Mark (Brenda) Monks; and several nieces and nephews all of Lincoln County, TN. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her sister Rebecca Shrum.
