Allen Cummings, age 69, Lynn, AL. passed away Tuesday August 8, 2017 at Walker Baptist Medical Center. He served in the United States Army during the Vietnam War, was retired from the Manufactured Housing Industry, and was a member of Crossroads Church of Christ.
His visitation will be on Saturday August 12, 2017 from 1:00 p.m. – 2:00 p.m. at Crossroads Church of Christ in Lynn, AL., with the funeral at 2:00 p.m. at the church, Daniel Farris officiating. Burial in the adjoining cemetery.
He is survived by, mother, Mary Lee Cummings; children, Neal (Lavonda), Tracy (Mark) Adkins, Sherry (Bob) Walling, Sharon (Jimmy) Edwards and Melinda (John) Camp; sister, Teresa (Randy) Tittle; grandchildren, Joseph Watts, Jonathan (Courtney) Keaton, Zach Cummings, Kynslee Cummings, Courtney Adkins, Paige (Bradley) Bowen, Shaunna Myers, Landunn Cummings, Lynslee Myers, Bailey Cummings, Emily Adkins and Austin Adkins; great grandchildren, Grayson Watts, Rylee Colley, Conner Bowen and Everlee Keaton; a host of family and friends.
He was preceded in death by his father, Walter Royce Cummings; sister, Mary Nell Keeton; brother, Rex Cummings.
