Leman O’neal Osborn – Obituary

Leman O’neal Osborn, 72, of Danville, took his journey home on Tuesday Aug. 8, 2017, at 12:52 a.m. Mr. Osborn was born Nov. 3, 1944, to the late Claudie and Lillie Mae Osborn. He is preceded in death by his wife, Joyce Marie Abner Osborn; two sons, Marshall and Rickey Osborn; his parents and three brothers.

He is survived by five sons, Marvin (Lisa) Osborn, of Trinity, Robert (Lagina) Osborn, of Danville, Randy (Cindy) Osborn, of Danville, Richard (Mary) Osborn, of Vinemont, and Leman “Bubba” Osborn, of Danville; eight daughters, Lisa (Jimmy) White, of Hartselle, Amanda Belle Osborn, of Moulton, Tina (Mike) Osborn, of Moulton, Angie (Allen) Lee, of Danville, April (Michael) Burgett, of Falkville, Joyce (Gary) Porter, of Danville, Holly (Jonathan) Davis, of Decatur, and Flora (Misty) Osborn, of Decatur. He also leaves behind 22 grandkids and 18 great-grandkids.

A Graveside service will be held at Old Center in Bankhead Forest, 2 p.m. today, Aug. 9, 2017. Pallbearers will be sons-in-law, nephews and grandsons. Elliott Funeral Home is assisting the family
