ALEA needs your vote for the American Association of State Troopers’ (AAST) Best Looking Cruiser Contest! The friendly national competition ends at 4 p.m. CDT Monday, Aug. 14. As of 9 a.m. today, Aug. 8, Alabama was in the Top 13. (List is in alphabetical order.):

To participate, visit the AAST Facebook page, click on the album titled “2017 BestLooking Cruiser Contest” and scroll through to Alabama’s vehicle, a 2017 Ford Police Interceptor sedan, and click the “like” button.. The winner will receive the America’s Best Looking Cruiser Award and be featured on the cover of the AAST’s “America’s Best Looking Trooper Cruisers 2018 Wall Calendar.” Beginning Oct. 1, 2017, the calendars will be available for purchase at www.statetroopers.orgwith net proceeds of calendar sales will benefit the American Association of State Troopers Foundation, which provides educational scholarships to dependents of member troopers.
