‘A Few Good Men’ opens at Ritz Theatre

TUSCUMBIA, Ala. – Center Stage, the community-theater arm of the Tennessee Valley Art Association, presents the military-legal drama “A Few Good Men,” Thursday-Saturday, Sept. 27-29 and Thursday-Friday, Oct. 4-5, at the Ritz Theatre, 111 W. Third St., Sheffield.

First produced on Broadway in 1989,“A Few Good Men” is a military courtroom drama based on actual events at Guantanamo Bay Naval Base.

Performances begin at 7:35 p.m. The theatre opens at 7 p.m. Community-theatre veteran David Hope, of Florence, is the director. Tickets are $11.50 adults and $7 students in advance from the Tennessee Valley Museum of Art, 511 N.
