Willie Hugh Pusser – Obituary

Funeral services for Mr. Willie Hugh Pusser, age 84, are scheduled for 2 PM, Sunday, August 6, 2017 at Chapel Hill Baptist Church. Interment will follow in Chapel Hill Church Cemetery. Pafford Funeral Home of Lexington is in charge of arrangements. Mr. Pusser passed away early Friday at his home. He was born December 6, 1932 in Chester County to the late Ben Earl and Allie Mae Morris Pusser. He was a faithful member of Chapel Hill Baptist Church where he served as a Deacon since 1972. He was a retired brick layer, wonderful father, and avid Cardinals fan. Survivors include his wife of 56 years, Mrs. Marie Pusser of Lexington; two daughters, Donna Marie Hall (the late Bill Hall) and Barbara Ammons of Lexington; three brothers, Bobby Gene Pusser (Sarah) of Decaturville, Joseph Ray Pusser (Ann), and Kenneth Earl Pusser (Delane) of Henderson; two sisters, Linda Pusser of Lebanon and Patsy Ann Doyle (Mike) of Henderson; four grandchildren, Kim Williams (Greg), Steven Waugh (Wallace), Jenny Hart, Jeremy Hart (Lindsay); and six great grandchildren, Kasey Lauren Pollard, Makayle Elway, Bradly Elway, Alexis Hart, Aubrey Hart, and Carter Waugh. Mr. Pusser was preceded in death by two sisters, Frances Cupples and Glenda Moore. In lieu of flowers, the family request donations to be sent to Chapel Hill Baptist Church or Chapel Hill Cemetery.
