Sherry Hill, 60, passed away Friday, July 28, 2017, at Sanctuary Hospice House. She was born December 29, 1956 to Carl and Erma Wilemon West. She was a member of Pine Grove Church of Christ. She loved all the children she had the opportunity to keep, teach, and to raise as her own at her Day Care for over 20 years. She was a devoted wife and faithful Christian. She also enjoyed teaching at church, and cooking for others even while she was battling cancer. She loved reading books and sharing stories about them. She loved most of all her family and spending time with her grandkids..
Services will be 12:00 pm on Saturday July 29, 2017 at Senter Funeral Home with Ministers Mark Neaves and Russ Crosswhite officiating. Visitation will be tonight, Friday, July 28, from 5:00-9:00 pm. Burial will be at Pine Grove Cemetery.
Survivors include her parents, husband of 43 years, Sammy Hill, daughter, Tasha (Jonathan) Deaton, sons: Stacy (Collie Jo) Hill and Anthony Hill; granddaughters: Samantha Deaton, Gabby Hill, and Addie Hill; Grandsons: Cameron Deaton and Mason Hill; sisters: Jan Crane and Christy (Keith) Reese; brothers: Richard (Lee Ann) West and Michael (Diana) West; and a host of nieces and nephews.
Preceded in death by a brother-in-law, Carlton Crane.
Pallbearers are Charlie Agnew, Trae Short, Alan Todd, Dustin Reese, Brent West, Dawson West, Braxton Agnew, and Tyler Atkins.
Honorary Pallbearers will be Weston Agnew, Jameson Agnew, Drake West, Bronson Agnew, and Greyson Atkins.
