Lance Mitchell Anders, 49, of Culleoka passed away on July 30, 2017, at his residence surrounded by his family.
Lance was born on September 27, 1967 to Sally Ferney Anders and the late Earl Ray Anders in Arcata, California. His mother called him a troublemaker spoken with affection. Lance was an honest man who provided for his family, putting them above all else. “You either loved him or you hated him” from Lance’s son Skyler. His sense of humor was contagious. Lance attended South East High School in Oklahoma, City. That is also where he met the love of his life, Dedra at the ripe age of 11.
A private memorial service will be held at a later date.
In addition to Lance’s wife and mother, he is survived by his son, Skyler Ray Anders; Daughter, Lindsay Renee Anders; Granddaughters: Alexandria Rhea Anders and Gracie Faith Anders; Sister, Colleen Gail (Louis) Grimaldo; Brothers: Shane Ray (Vicky) Anders and Craig Randall Anders; In Laws: Linda (Robert) Bray and Dale (Dianne) Davis; and two brother in laws: Troy Davis and Todd Davis. Many loved nieces and nephews and great nieces also survive him. Lance is preceded in death by his brother, Clarence Daniel Anders.
