Frank Kenneth “Ken” Williams – Obituary

Frank Kenneth “Ken” Williams, age 80, husband of Sue Williams and resident of Franklin, passed away Monday, July 24, 2017 at his residence.

 

A memorial service will be held at a later date.  Heritage Funeral Home is assisting the family with arrangements.

 

Ken was born January 20, 1937 in Oklahoma City and was the son of the late Frank Williams and late Gladys Williams.  He was a retired Colonel of the United States Army, serving one tour of duty in Korea and two in Vietnam. He was the Military Defense Attaché in Zaire and Indonesia.  He enjoyed wood work, reading, and traveling.

 

Along with his wife, Sue Stone Williams, he is survived by his Son: Kenneth David (Gloria) Williams of Melbourne, FL; Daughters: Kelly (Iwan) Tanumijaya of Franklin, TN and Debra (Joe) Noble of Stafford, VA; and Grandchildren: Jade (Uche) Sampson, Brooke Tanumijaya, Shaun (Chelsie) Noble, Ken (Amy) Williams and Meghan Williams.
