FLORENCE-The Florence Police Department issued an update on the robbery of two people in a parking lot in Florence on Tuesday, July 18:
“Here is an update on the Robbery that occurred on July 18th at 3:20pm in the parking lot of 2424 Roberts Lane.
The Victims agreed to meet the suspects, Dezmond Robertson, B/M 19yoa of Florence, and Rickey Robertson, B/M 21yoa of Florence, to purchase some items that they were selling on Facebook.
Once they met, the suspects held the victims at gun point and took several items.
Rickey Robertson is still currently in the Lauderdale County Detention Center, a warrant has been issued for Dezmond Robertson, he is 5’7″ 165lbs.”
