FLORENCE-Havoline Xpress Lube on Florence Boulevard celebrated their grand opening with an open house and good old-fashioned ribbon cutting on Monday, July 17. Friends and Family were on hand to help with the celebration and the Shoals Chamber congratulated the Havoline Team on the new location.
