Juanita Mae Borden, age 83, Russellville, passed away on Saturday, July 15, 2017 at her residence surrounded by her family.
She was a wonderful mother not only to her seven children, but to many children that were not her own. She would always help children with food, clothes, good advice, and many hugs. She was a dedicated foster grandparent at Russellville Headstart. She was dearly loved and will be missed by everyone who knew her.
The visitation will be 12:00 – 2:00 p.m. Tuesday, July 18, 2017 at Spry Memorial Chapel. The funeral will be at 2:00 p.m. with Bro. Bradly Hall officiating. Burial will be at Knights of Pythias Cemetery.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Jessie Borden; daughter, Jo Ann Gandy; parents, Jessie & Bannie Lee (Fisher) McCulloch; and three brothers.
She leaves to cherish her memory, her children, Roy Borden (wife, Jane), Jackie Boyles (husband, Farrell); Linda Bishop (husband, Frank), Jessie Borden (wife, Vickey), Donnie Borden (wife, Allison), Devon Reynolds (husband, James); 10 grandchildren; 13 great-grandchildren; son-in-law, Jerry Gandy; sister, Mamie Scott; and a host of nieces & nephews.
The pallbearers will be family members.
