Funeral service for Wesley Heath Hollis, 28, of Hartselle, will be Wednesday, July 19, 2017 at 1:00PM at Peck Funeral Home with Bro. Virgil Crisp officiating. Burial will be at Emeus Cemetery in Logan, AL. Visitation will be Tuesday, July 18, 2017 from 6:00PM to 8:00PM at the funeral home.
Mr. Hollis died July 14, 2017. He was born May 10, 1989 in Morgan County to Bobby Glenn Hollis and Joyce Hale Hollis. Mr. Hollis was employed by Verizon Wireless. Mr. Hollis was a U.S. Army veteran where he served combat tours in support of Operation Iraqi Freedom and Operation Enduring Freedom(Afghanistan). He was a dedicated and dependable Soldier who loved his Country and his Flag. During his service he earned numerous medals, awards and commendations. Mr. Hollis was also active in the BeArded WARRIORs organization. He was preceded in death by his brother, Zachary Rice; grandparents, George and Marie Hollis; and grandfather, Earl Wayne Hale.
