Michael Erin Blevins, age 29, resident of Columbia, passed away on Thursday, July 6, at Southern Hills Medical Center in Nashville.
Michael was born November 20, 1987, in San Bernardino. California, the son of Melanie Waddell Valera of Columbia and Richard Blevins, Jr. He was employed as a printer in the textile industry. Michael was a member of First Baptist Church of Hendersonville.
Survivors include his father, Richard Blevins, Jr., mother & step-father, Melanie (Ben) Valera of Columbia; sister, Meghan Dickson and half-brothers, Richard Allen Blevins, Jr., and William Perry Blevins.
The family will celebrate Michael’s life with a memorial service at a later date.
