Fred Leon Miller, age 87, of Huntsville, Alabama passed away on Sunday, July 9, 2017 at a local hospital. he was born in Alabama to Charlie Floyd and Sarah Durham Miller. Mr. Miller served his country in the United States Air Force and retired as a Master Sargent after 20 years of service. He was preceded iln death by his parents Charlie Floyd and Sarah Durham Miller; brothers Charlie Miller and Barry Lloyd Miller; sisters Catherine Shores, Otha Mae Hubbard and Benny Joyce Brannon. Mr Miller is survived y his sons Darryl Miller of Aurora, Colorado, Lanny Miller of Aurora, Colorado and Brian Miller of Pueblo, Colorado; daughter Lisa Miller;Sisters Dorothy Cobble and Nancy Harbin and several grandchildren, nieces and nephews. His visitation will be held on Wednesday, July 12, 2017 at Hampton Cove Funeral Home from 10-12 with his funeral service following at noon. Burial will be in Gurley City Cemetery.
