Donald Byrd Caradine, age 82 of Quintown, Alabama, passed away Thursday July 6, 2017. He was born July 14, 1934 to Arthur Byrd and Lydia Bell Caradine. He was a member of the Acacia Masonic Lodge #670 in West Jefferson and was a US Navy Veteran.
A graveside service will be held on Saturday July 8, 2017 at 11:00 am at West Jefferson Freewill Cemetery. Creig “Toby” Caradine will officiate.
He was preceded in death by his wife of 33 years, Doris Caradine; his parents, brother, Ralph Caradine; and sister, Joan Caradine.
He is survived by his children, Creig “Toby” Caradine (Teresa); Greg Caradine (Cindy); Donna Williams (Oliver); seven grandchildren, a host of great grandchildren, sister, Jane Fox (J.B.); and brother, Ray Caradine (Barbara).
