Sarah Jane Hendrix Walters, 91, of Nashville, TN, passed away June 30, 2017 after an extended illness. Mrs. Walters was born in Appleton, TN to parents James Daniel Hendrix and Ethel Mae Stinnett Hendrix. Mrs. Walters was a retired Church Secretary for Jackson Park Church of Christ in Nashville, where she was also a long time member. She was preceded in death by her late husband, Darrell Case Walters.

Sons: Jamie Walters (Paula) of Lavergne, TN; Darrell Walters, Jr. (Karen) of Greenbrier, TN; and Roger Walters (Connie) of Mt. Juliet, TN
Brother: Robert Hendrix (Joy) of Huntsville, AL
(4) Grandchildren and (8) Great-grandchildren
Visitation will be Monday, July 3, 2017 from 10:00 A.M. -1:00 P.M. at Greenhill Funeral Home in Florence, AL. The funeral service will follow at 1:00 P.M. in the funeral home chapel with Travis Walters and Bret Walters officiating. Burial will be in Dobbins Cemetery in Appleton, TN.
