Funeral for Regina Blaxton Waugh, 82, of Trinity will be Tuesday, June 27, 2017, at Parkway Funeral Home, at 11:00 AM with Michael Mason and Toney Pepper, Jr. officiating. Burial will be in Moulton Memory Gardens. Visitation will be Monday, June 26, 2017 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the funeral home. Mrs. Waugh, who died Saturday, June 24, 2017, at NHC, was born October 21, 1934, to Percy Blaxton and Belle Cartee Blaxton. She was a member of Jones Chapel Congregational Christian Church. She enjoyed collecting salt and pepper shakers.
She was preceded in death by:
Husband-Marvin Waugh, Sr.
Mother – Belle Cartee Blaxton
Father – Percy Blaxton
2 Brothers – Robert Blaxton and Gerald Blaxton
3 Sisters- Odean Tucker, Marie Owen and Glenda Owens
Survivors include:
Step-Son – Marvin (Delphine) Waugh, Jr.
Daughter – Kristy Waugh
Sister – Mavis (Robert) Milligan
5 grandchildren; 8 great grandchildren; 6 great great grandchildren.
A host of nieces and nephews, church family and friends whom she loved dearly.
Pallbearers will be Tyler Peebles, Ethan Stewart, Glenn Kimbrough, Alan Vinson, Anthony Blaxton and Michael Waugh.
