TUSCUMBIA – Wallace Ricks likened the Friday and Saturday event to a”Big family reunion”. And he so right! Every year the Quad-Cities Daily gets down to the African Heritage Festival to record some of the event in our EVENT PHOTOS. And it’s always fun to see lots of friends from all over The Shoals. And it was especially fun to try all the food!
