A Visitation for Cliff Holladay will be held at Peck Funeral Home on Sunday, May 28, 2017 from 2:00 PM – 4:00 PM.
Cliff Nial Holladay passed away, at the age of 81, on Friday May 26, 2017 at UAB Hspital in Birmingham. He was born July 2, 1935, in Morgan County to Isaac Emmitt Holladay and Eva Crow Holladay. He was a member of the Morgan County Sports Hall of Fame. He played college basketball at Florence State University and Athens College. He obtained a Master’s Degree in Education. He coached High School basketball at Dora, Oak Grove, West Morgan, and Ringgold, GA schools. He later was a Principal at Neel Elementary and retired as a Guidance Counselor at Johnson High School. He especially enjoyed watching sports, gardening and working out.
He was preceded in death by his parents, his wife: Barbara Holladay, a son: Barry Holladay, a sister: Deweese Ockerman and a brother: Phil Holladay.

Wade Holladay, Huntsville, AL and

Jerry Holladay, Huntsville, AL and
Mary Gem Johnson, Hartselle, AL
and many cousins, nieces and nephews.
