Kendyl L. Verge – Obituary

Ms. Kendyl L. Verge was born in Atlanta, Georgia on December 26, 1994. Her parents are father, Brian A. Verge, and mother, June Verge. Kendyl was called home on Tuesday, May 16, 2017 at Huntsville Hospital in Huntsville, Alabama. Kendyl was preceded in death by her mother, June Verge; and brother, Hayden Verge.

Kendyl received her high school diploma from James Clemons High School in May 2016.

Kendyl attended Word of Truth World Outreach Church in Huntsville, Alabama. She was also a member of the Special Olympics Cheerleading Squad at James Clemons High School.

Kendyl loved to listen to music, enjoyed being outdoors and spending time with her loved ones.

Kendyl is survived by her father, Brian A. Verge, her sisters, Rian Verge and Brittany Verge, her brothers, Brandon Verge, Hunter Verge, Andrew Hanson, and Alexander Hanson, her grandparents, Veronis Richardson, and Annie and Roosevelt Verge, and a host of aunts, uncles, and cousins.

Funeral service will be 12:00 p.m., Saturday, May 20, 2017 at the Mt. Zion Cumberland Presbyterian Church in America (3726 Pryor Road, Madison, AL 35756) with Pastor James Robinson, Sr. officiating. Interment will be in the Meadowlawn Garden of Peace. Ms. Verge will lie in repose one hour prior to funeral time.

Public viewing will be held from 2:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m., Friday, May 19, 2017 and 8:30 a.m. until 10:00 a.m., Saturday, May 20, 2017 at the Royal Funeral Home.
