TUSCUMBIA – The oldest Labor Day celebration of its kind was held once again in Downtown and in Historic Spring Park. A compact, but enthusiastic crowd showed up to see the floats, catch some candy, and hear speeches. The Quad-Cities Daily was on hand to record the day in pictures.
