Sam Calloway “Boots” Futrell, age 90, died Monday, May 15, 2017. Visitation will be Thursday May 18, 2017 from 11:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. Graveside services will be held at Tri-Cities memorial gardens beginning at 2:00p.m. Rev. Jim Storie will be officiating, and Elkins funeral home will be assisting the family.
