David Matthew Baker of Pulaski passed away at Fayetteville Health & Rehabilitation Center in Fayetteville, Tn. on Sunday, May 7, 2017. He was born in Lawrenceburg on August 17, 1945 and was 71 years old.

He was a member of First Baptist Church of Pulaski, loved his family, a retired veteran of the United States Army, National Guard, and Fafnir
Visitation will be on Wednesday, May 10th from 11:00am until 1:00pm at Bennett-May-Giles County Funeral Home.
Funeral Service will follow visitation on Wednesday at 1:00pm in the Chapel of Bennett-May-Giles County Funeral Home with Pastor Tony Gomillion officiating.
Burial will take place in Giles Memory Gardens with full military honors.
Memorial donations are suggested to First Baptist Church Senior Citizen Fund % 407 S. 1st street, Pulaski, TN 38478.
He was preceded in death by his parents, William Thomas and Katie Mae Faulkner Baker, sister, Mary Baker Bailey, brothers, Calvin Baker, Robert Baker, and Thomas Baker.
He is survived by his,
Wife, Diana Bush Baker of Pulaski
Daughter, Michelle (Michael) Baker Gibson of Pulaski, TN
Son, Matthew Baker of Pulaski, TN
Grandsons, Logan Gibson, Bryce Gibson, Gage Gibson, and Brennan Baker all of Pulaski, TN
Brother, Daniel Baker of Ocilla, GA
Several nieces and nephews also survived.
