Angelia Leigh “Angie” Barnes, 49, of Moody, AL, formerly of Corinth, MS, died Saturday, May 6, 2017, at her residence. Angie enjoyed gardening and music. She also enjoyed working with stained glass and cooking. Angie had a love for animals, and especially loved her “fur babies”, Teá and Wookie. Cutshall Funeral Home of Iuka, MS is entrusted with arrangements. She is survived by her father, Jerry H. Barnes of Corinth; two daughters, Ashley Bryant of Littleville, AL, and Kayla Wadkins Tull of Iuka; one brother, Aubrey Harwell of Destin, FL; three sisters, Lynette Barnes of Corinth, Kesha Nash of Burnsville, and Kacie Newcomb of Tupelo; seven grandchildren, Olivia Freeno, Madison Freeno, Anna Grace Silva, Emma Silva, Caden Silva, Kurt Burcham, and Kamden Tull; a great-grandchild, Jaxson Wright; and a lifelong friend, Loretta Evetts of Corinth. She was preceded in death by her mother, Patricia Scruggs Newcomb.
