Lillian King Kent – Obituary

Lillian King Kent, 101, went home to be with the Lord on Tuesday, May 2, 2017 at her residence. She was born in Bethany, Missouri in 1915 and was a homemaker. She was a member of First United Methodist Church of Red Bay.

Services will be Thursday, May 4, 2017 at 1 p.m. at Deaton Funeral Home Chapel, Red Bay, with Brother Tommy Brooks officiating. Burial will be in Ridge Cemetery, Golden, Mississippi. Visitation will be from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. at the funeral home.

She is survived by nieces and nephews and great-nieces and great-nephews.

She was preceded in death by her husband, C.D. Kent; her parents, Samuel E. and Myrtle Linville King; six brothers and two sisters.

Honorary pallbearers will be Earl Paden and Bill Nabers.

Deaton Funeral Home, Red Bay, will be in charge of arrangements.
