Dorothy Ditto Clark, 90 of Union Grove, The Morgan City area, died Sunday April 30, 2017 at her residence.
Mrs. Clark was born June 11, 1926 in Walker County to Owen C. Ditto and Rachel M. Shumate Ditto. She was a homemaker. Her husband J.B. Clark preceded her in death on October 24, 1986. She enjoyed quilting, gardening and lawn work.
Mrs. Clark is survived by her son and daughter-in-law: Jim and Dianne Ditto and two grandchildren: Jeff Ditto and Rachel Ann Ditto. She was preceded in death by her parents: Owen and Rachel Shumate Ditto; her brothers and sisters: William Ditto, Homer Ditto, Shelton Ditto, Woodrow Ditto, Willard Ditto, Bud Ditto, Leola Burgett and Odell Manuel.
Funeral service will be 2:00 p.m. Tuesday May 2, 2017 at Arab Heritage Memorial Chapel with Douglas Mason, officiating. Burial will be in Mt. Olive Cemetery with Arab Heritage Memorial Chapel, directing.
Pallbearers will be Almus Manuel, Adam Manuel, Terry Aldredge, Jesse Kilgo, Doyle Duke and Gary Royster. Honorary Pallbearers will be Darryl Sweat and Gene Bishop.
Visitation will be 1:00 p.m. – 2:00 p.m. prior to the service.
