William “Bill” Hill, 72, of Town Creek, died Saturday, April 29th at his home. Funeral will be Tuesday, May 2nd at 2 p.m. at Jackson Memory Funeral Home in Town Creek with Brother Scotty Letson and Brother Gary Parker officiating. Visitation will be today from 5-8 p.m. at the funeral home, then again Tuesday from noon until 2 p.m. just prior to the funeral. Burial will be in Smyrna Cemetery in Moulton.
Bill was preceded in death by his parents, Joseph and Saphrona Hill; two brothers, Daniel and J.W. Hill; two sisters, Mildred Patterson and Doris Terry; and a granddaughter, Eden Grace Hill.
He is survived by his wife, Janice; daughters, Pamela Kirby (Oscar) and Charlotte Volans; his sons, Sonny, Timothy, and Phillip (April); grandsons, Steven, Terrell, and Dawson Hill; one sister, Jerri Davis; stepgrandchildren, Ali, Kaytlyn, and Nicholas; step great-granddaughters, Bryli Ramsey.
Pallbearers will be Steven Terrell, Dawson Hill, Colton Davis, Shawn Oliver, Mike Hill, and Jeff Terry.
