Mary Helen Dill age 79 of Sumiton, passed away February 14, 2017 at her residence. She was a homemaker. She was a loving mother, grandmother and devoted wife.
Funeral services will be Tuesday May 2, 2017 at 2:00 pm. in the New Horizon Memorial Chapel. Rev. Jody Harris will officiate. Burial will follow at New Hope Cemetery in Sipsey. The family will receive friends on Tuesday from 1-2 pm at the funeral home.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Charles Dill; son, James Randell Dill; daughter, Melissa Dill and great grandson, Josh Shell.
Survivors include her son, Charles Alton Dill of Sumiton; daughters, Nina Posey of Jasper and Melinda (Tim) Lane of Empire; sister Sue Harris of Sumiton; seven grandchildren, twenty four great grandchildren and four great-great grandchildren; a host of nieces and nephews; and many friends.
