Hugh Thomas “Tommy” Sloan, 69, a contractor of Hartselle, passed away Sunday, April 23, 2017 at his home.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Clarence A. Sloan and Monnie E. Gordon Sloan, two brothers, all of Tennessee, and one grandchild.
Mr Sloan is survived by his wife of 31 years, Connie Stokes Sloan; three daughters, Darlene Sloan Stewart of Tennessee, Rhonda Wyant of California and Michelle Davis of Kentucky; six grandchildren and one great-grandchild.
Celebration of Life will be Saturday, April 29, 2017 at 1 p.m. at Roselawn Funeral Home with Reverend Glenn Taylor officiating. The family will receive friends Saturday from 11 a.m. to 12:45 pm at the funeral home.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorials be made to Comfort Care Hospice, 2424 Danville Rd. SW, Decatur, AL 35603.
