Zachary Lee Minor was born June 28, 1996, in Henderson, Nevada. He graduated from high school in 2014 and had attended ITT Tech.
Zachary departed this life on Sunday, April 16, 2017, in Florence, Alabama at the age of 20 years, nine months, and 21 days.
He is survived by his mother, Tonja Hill Minor, of Florence, Alabama; his father, Micah Minor, of Florence, Alabama; brothers, Ryan Minor, of Florence, Alabama, and Seth Minor, of Arizona; his grandmother, Jean Insera (Frank), of Las Vegas, Nevada; aunt, Dinah Hill; cousins, Casey Montgomery, Brittney Davis (Hunter) Malyia and Mia Montgomery, Brieann Lard, and Cooper, Liza and Sawyer Cruz Davis; and his godparents, Kenny and Darlene Stevenson.
Services are today at 3 p.m. at Shackelford Funeral Directors Chapel, Collinwood, Tennessee, with Jerry Hill officiating. Burial will follow in Railroad Cemetery, Iron City, Tennessee, with Shackelford Funeral Directors, Wayne County directing. Visitation will be today from 1:30 p.m. to service time at the funeral home.
Pallbearers are Gaige Nesbitt, Jordan Wilson, Daiquan Chandler, Desmond Brown, Jaylon Hardin, Darean McDonald, Chaunce Watkins, and Martin Lowery.
Honorary are Megan Wooden and Alyssa Gibson.
