Jean Pannell Bice, 88, of Decatur, passed away on Sunday April 16, 2017. Her visitation will be on Thursday from 11 a.m. until 1 p.m. at Roselawn Funeral Home. A Celebration of her life will begin in the chapel of the funeral home at 1 p.m. Burial will be in Roselawn Cemetery. Reverend James Dekoker is officiating.
Mrs. Bice is survived by her beloved children, Melva Jenkins and Mike Bice (Linda); grandchildren, Andrea Waits (Shannon), Robert Jenkins (Gracie), Stephanie Cocke (Tommy) and Stacy (James) DeKoker and ten great-grandchildren.
She is preceded in death by her husband, Melvin Bice and son-in-law James Jenkins.
She enjoyed fishing and camping, but her favorite pastime was spending time with her grandchildren and great-grandchildren. She was a member of Pleasant Hill Baptist Church.
