James William Sims, Jr.
Jimmy Sims, Jr. of Pulaski passed away on April 17, 2017. He was born in Pulaski on July 7, 1937 and was 79 years old.
He was a loving father and grandfather, worked in management for Stanley Tools and Elk Valley Hardwood for 30 years and a graduate of Auburn University with a degree in Forestry. He was a faithful church member at First United Methodist Church, a Veteran of the Army National Guard, a 32nd degree Mason, a good cook, and Eagle Scout for many years.
Visitation will be on Thursday, April 20th from 11:00am until 12:30pm with a Masonic Service to follow at 12:30.
A Graveside Service with military honors will follow at 1:00pm at Maplewood Cemetery with Pastor, Lee Stevenson officiating.
Memorial donations are suggested to, First United Methodist Church, 200 West Jefferson St. Pulaski, Tn. 38478.
He was preceded in death by his parents James William and Edith Gilbert Sims and special friend Nancy Dodson Ingram.

Grandson, Steven Sims of Pulaski
Grandson, Dylan Sims of Pulaski
Brother, Jack (Caroline) Sims of Columbia
Nephew, Keith Sims of Columbia
Niece, Caroline Sims of Columbia
Cousins, Marcia Winterburn and Lucille Winterburn of Pulaski
Special friends, Anna Ingram, Lilly Ingram and Drew Ingram all of Pulaski.
