Susan DeShaun Tipper Newton, age 65, of Beechgrove, TN passed away Monday, April 10, 2017 at Extended Family Care, LLC in Manchester, TN. She was a native of Lawrenceburg, TN, and a homemaker.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Harold and Opal Peppers Tipper.

Arrangements are being handled by Neal Funeral Home, 231 N. Military Avenue, Lawrenceburg, Tennessee. The family will receive friends from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM Wednesday, April 12, 2017 and 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM Thursday, April 13, 2017 at Neal Funeral Home. Funeral services will be conducted at Neal Funeral Home at 11:00 AM Thursday, April 13, 2017, with Danny Huckaba officiating. Interment will follow at Lawrence County Memorial Gardens in Lawrenceburg, TN.
