Phillip Paul “Mickey” Oatsvall, 67, died Sunday, April 9, 2017, at his home. He was an auto body repairman and loved working on cars. He was a 32nd Degree Master Mason. He enjoyed history and watching NASCAR and the Andy Griffith Show. He loved family events and especially enjoyed being around his grandchildren.

Services will be at 11 a.m. Thursday, April 13, at the McNeece-Morris Funeral Home Chapel in Fulton with Bro. Joseph Jones officiating. Burial will be in the Pine Grove Cemetery.

Survivors include his wife, Mary Oatsvall; his mother, Mary Pedersen of Mansfield, TX; seven children, Kimberly Rutledge (Chris) of Columbus, OH, Paula Oatsvall Smith (Wes) of Tremont, Melissa Griffin (Justin) of Colorado Springs, CO, Phillip Oatsvall, Jr. (Melody), Jeffrey Oatsvall, and Lester Paul “Peanut” Oatsvall (Kesha), all of Fulton, and Jennifer Oatsvall (fiancé Tyler) of Red Bay, AL; four brothers, Ricky Shoup of Hickory Flat, Mark Oatsvall of Orlando, FL, Delbert Oatsvall of New Libson, WI, and Alan Oatsvall of Tulsa, OK; two sisters, Terri Pirillo of Mansfield, TX, and Charlotte Eversoll of Plattsville, WI; 13 grandchildren; and a host of extended family members.

He was preceded in death by his father, Lester Paul Oatsvall, and one grandson.

Visitation will be from 5 to 8 p.m. Wednesday, April 12, at the funeral home.
